Highlighting the Collaboration Work in Ocean Research
Ocean scientists work with data in various forms — physical, chemical and biological. As a part of a larger effort funded by the Simons Foundation, University of Washington socialtechincal researchers have been studying the impact of collaboration work —the shared understandings, priorities, practices, methods, software tools, and computer architectures of ocean scientists and its impact on the field.
My role was to immerse myself with the research and disperse complex information into digestible content for a general audience through a compelling visual story and custom illustrations.
